    What shipping method does The Air Cleaner Store use?  For U.S. residents we use UPS shipping. For U.S. deliveries, Austin Air products are drops shipped from the manufacturer’s plant in Buffalo, N.Y.

    How long does it take to ship?  If your order is placed before 2PM EST, it will ship on the same day. It will take 2-5 business days for the package to arrive at your door.

    Are shipping fees included?  Yes, The Air Cleaner Store offers free shipping to 48 states in the continental US.

    Shipping discounts to Alaska and Hawaii.  At The Air Cleaner Store, y

    Can I pay to have products shipped faster?  Absolutely. Let us know what you want and when you want it and we will get a shipping quote for you based on the size, weight and destination of the package.

    Is the package insured?  Yes. If your package has been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will arrange to have your package picked up and have a replacement unit sent to you on the same day.

    What happens if I don’t get the package?  We will send you tracking information when your package ships. Let us know if you don’t receive your package when you should. We will find out what the problem is and make sure your shipment arrives. drop
